Unwanted items that have been ordered from EV Chargers Direct Ltd should be returned to our business address:

Items must be returned to us at the buyer’s expense using a tracked and signed courier service. The buyer will be responsible for the item until we have safely received the item in good condition. Items lost or damaged in transit on the way to us will not be refunded, and the buyer will need to contact their chosen courier to claim compensation for any loss and damage in transit, if available.
Please include either a copy of the invoice we supplied with the order or the full name and address of the purchaser when returning items.
Unwanted items must arrive to us in new, undamaged and unused condition and arrive to us no later than 30 days after you have received the item, for you to be eligible for a refund.
Eligible returns will be refunded to the same account / card / other method that was used to pay for the order, in full.
Items sent back showing any signs of use, cosmetic or other damage or after 30 days has passed from the buyer receiving the item will not be refunded, we will contact you if this is the case.
